is this a christmas experience a church service or a show?

Wonder is not just a show, it’s holiday fun for the whole family. It includes a  Christmas light display, hot chocolate bar, Christmas carols reimagined, and an encouraging Christmas message with candlelight experience.

Is there a cost?

No, this event is free and open to everyone.

when can i arrive?

The outside doors will open 1 hour prior to your showtime.The auditorium doors will open 30 minutes before your showtime.

Do i have to get a ticket?

Yes, tickets are required. When you reserve a ticket, we’ll ensure we have a seat available for you.

how do tickets work?

You’ll receive your tickets in your email after registering. You can show the ticket at the door either on your phone or printed out.

how many tickets may i reserve?

As many as you will use. We ask that you consider which showtimes work best for you and your family before registering for tickets.

Do i have to preregister/get tickets for my kids?

Yes, children who will be attending the show or who will be in childcare will need a ticket.

what's available for my kids? Is childcare provided?

All Shows | Kids Zone Jr.  (0-PreK).

Dec. 20, 21, 22, & 23 Shows | Elementary (K-5th grade) Kids Zone Party.

  • If your kids wish to attend any of the shows, we will have a special activity for them to complete during the show which they can submit for a prize afterwards!
will there be an online experience?

Only one showtime, the December 24th at 5 p.m. show will be available to watch online at the Allison Park Church Facebook and YouTube channels.

what if i need to switch showtimes or if i no longer need my tickets?

Please look to your confirmation email and find the link to manage your order to return or exchange your tickets. If you have any issues or questions, please  EMAIL Us.

what if i forgot or lost my ticket?

No worries. If you can’t find your ticket, event staff will be able to find your ticket by searching your name. You can go to Will-Call and they will find your ticket.

what should i wear? is there a dress code?

There’s no dress code; wear whatever you’re comfortable in. We encourage embracing the Christmas spirit with festive clothing.

is it wheelchair accessible?

Yes, this event is wheelchair accessible.

I'm sensitive to flashing lights. is this experience safe for me?

Some lighting is used at this show that may be disruptive to people who are sensitive to light.
