There's no escaping the sexualized culture we live in, and lust can be fed through countless avenues, with porn being the most common. National surveys suggest most men, and a significant number of women, report viewing online porn regularly. What starts as a small compromise can quietly become a secret escape, and eventually, a stronghold that feels impossible to break.
But you don't have to carry this alone, and you're not beyond hope. Jesus promises,
"So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed"
(John 8:36, ESV).
Through the power of the Holy Spirit, and with the right tools and community, freedom from lust is possible.
