The Candy Kingdom Live Show  

• Designed for elementary age kids (K-5th) and their parents. However,  younger children are welcome to attend these with their parents. 
• During our Saturday 6pm and Sunday 8:30am, 10am, & 11:30am times, we offer a separate experience for children ages 0-5 during the Live Show. Parents have the option to check younger children into Kids Zone Jr for age-appropriate games, activities and storytime. Parents can also choose to sit with their younger child during the show in the Candy Kingdom Live Show.

The Candy Kingdom Gameboard 

• Specifically designed for children in K-5th grade, but younger children are also welcome to walk through the experience with their parents/guardians to collect candy.

• Saturday, October 25th: 2pm, 4pm and 6pm
  
  • 4 Sensory Friendly times: 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am (more info below)
• Sunday, October 26th: 8:30am, 10am,  11:30am

• The Gameboard - after the Live Show, every child will walk with their parent/guardian through a life size Game Board, completing challenges and games to save Candy Kingdom and win candy along the way. Every child will leave with a bag of candy and memories galore!
• The Live Show - kids and their parents/guardians start the adventure in Kids Zone gym. This is a 30-40 minute live show with games, prizes, costumed characters and more! (Please note that flashing lights and loud music/sound effects will be part of the Live Show experience.)

We recommend planning an hour to an hour and a half for the entire experience. The Live Show is approximately 30-40 minutes long. The Gameboard takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

There is a short wait between the Live Show and the Gameboard - time will vary depending on the number of attendees. You can expect to find costumed characters and interactive surprises during your wait time to make this a great experience for your family!

Our regular weekend church services take place at the following times:

• Saturday 6pm
• Sunday 8:30am
• Sunday 10:00am
• Sunday 11:30am

Parents are welcome to drop their kids off in Kids Zone and Kids Zone Jr and attend the worship experience, if they choose. After the worship experience, parents will pick up their children from the kids ministry areas and collect candy from the designated area in the concourse as a family.

Please note: there will be no weekend church service  during the sensory friendly times or the Saturday 2pm and 4pm Candy Kingdom times.

Yes! Every child will walk away with a variety of chocolate and non-chocolate candies! Some children will be selected for games in the Live Show and may win additional prizes or candy. (we are a nut-free event, so no candy will contain nuts).

Families will be greeted at the main doors and check in with our volunteer team. Each child will receive a name tag and parent pick up tag including a number that matches both tags. To ensure safety and that children leave with the family that brought them, pick up and name tags will be checked before children leave the preshow. Should you lose your parent pick up tag, please ask our team for help; if needed our team may ask for a valid photo ID in order to verify identification.

Free pre-registration for Candy Kingdom is encouraged but not required.

Yes, this event is wheelchair accessible.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide an interpreter at this event.

Some lighting is used at the live show that may be disruptive to people who are sensitive to light.

We also offer a sensory-friendly version of Candy Kingdom on Saturday October 25th between 10am and noon. More info on this below!

Our sensory-friendly Candy Kingdom is especially designed for kids with sensory needs or disabilities who are ages 3-12 years old. This will be offered at 30 minute time slots between 10am and 12 pm on Saturday October 25th. You can expect the following:

• Parents/guardians walk with your child through an indoor life size game board and complete 5 stations of carnival games just for kids. Non-candy prizes will be provided at each game station.
• A social-story sent to your inbox before the event to visually explain what your child can expect.
• A specialized team will be onsite to greet and guide you and your child through the lifesize gameboard.
• This will be a calm atmosphere with soft music playing and no flashing lights or loud sounds.
• A maximum of 20 kids can register for each time slot (10am, 10:30am, 11am and 11:30am)
• An opportunity to take photos with a key character from Candy Kingdom -our characters will simply wave hello from a safe distance and kids can approach if they choose to.
• Expect a total time of 20-25 minutes for the entire experience.
• This event is also wheelchair accessible.
• This experience does not include a live show, as in the other time options, which could be overstimulating for some children.
