OUR VISION IS TO SEE OUR MCM CHURCHES ACHIEVE THEIR FULL-POTENTIAL IN REACHING THEIR COMMUNITIES FOR CHRIST.  WE DO THIS BY:

1. SUPPORTING
We provide support by:

  • Offering coaching for senior pastors, youth pastors/leaders, children's pastors/leaders.
  • Holding monthly Catalyst Meetings to build relationships and hear from different guest speakers.
  • Providing opportunity for strategic planning (hiring staff, building programs, etc.).
  • Holding annual events/outreaches together (CityReach, Running-Start Bookbag Giveaway, Give-A-Gift, Community Care Day)

2. RESOURCING
We resource by:

  • Helping locate staff for open ministry opportunities.
  • Providing graphic design for:  sermon series, major events, church logo redesign.

3. PLANTING
We plant new churches by:

  • Identifying a community of need.
  • Gathering a small group of committed individuals.
  • Connecting them with a lead church planter.
  • Launching strategically.
