Registration
     Early registration $70        Now thru October 31st
     Regular registration $85    Until November 20th

     Limited space, register EARLY (registration is complete when payment is received)

     Visit CrossTown Counter Sundays (9am-12 noon)
             or APC office Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm

Brochures will be available on during the weekend services on Saturday September 29th and Sunday September 30th. If you would like to receive a brochure in the mail, contact our church office.

Evaluation Nights
To create evenly matched teams, each child is evaluated through a series of short drills for speed, dribbling and  shooting.  Every player MUST attend one evaluation:

Evaluation Schedule * Open house style 7pm-9pm * APC Gym
          Monday,  Nov 17th:     K-1st Grade
          Tuesday, Nov 18th:     2nd-3rd Grade
          Thursday,     Nov 20th:    4th-5th Grade


Practices
1 hour each week between 4pm-8pm
     Your coach will contact you with your specific practice time
          Practices begin Sunday, December 14th


Games
8 game season with most games held on Saturdays between 9:00 and 4:00 
     Games last approximately 1 hour
          First game day is Saturday, January 10th


Awards Night
EVERY child is recognized with an award
     Super fun night with games, prizes, food and fun!
          Awards night will be Friday, March 13th

 
Upward Basketball at Allison Park Church is designed to offer a wholesome community atmosphere, develop leadership within children of all ages, and share the love of Christ with children and their families, using something as simple as a basketball.

Upward is specifically designed for kindergarten through fifth grade boys and girls.  We promote the development of character and self-esteem in every child. 

Upward provides opportunities for volunteers from all walks of life to become meaningfully involved in the life of children.

Purpose Statements -- The purpose of Upward Basketball is to promote:

Love - To share the love of God with everyone involved in Upward.

Character - To help every child grow - spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially.

Self-Esteem - To help every child grow in their understanding and enjoyment of sports.
